If you have a group of 7+ most wineries require a reservation.  If you have a group of 6 or fewer reservations are not required and you can ignore the below information about our Custom Designed Itinerary and Reservations Tour Package.  There are two ways to help ensure an excellent tour!

OPTION 1: ADD A CUSTOM DESIGNED ITINERARY WITH RESERVATIONS


This options totals $105.
 
With the Custom Designed Itinerary and Reservations Package, we will work with you to craft your itinerary. Some of the wineries require pre-payment of tastings or need a CC on file to hold reservations. Each winery's policy is different. We use a CC Authorization Form to work with their policies. Attached is a CC Authorization Form. Please fill that out and return it as soon as you can. This will help expedite the process once Andy or Bergen begins contacting wineries for your tour. Do you prefer reds or whites, sweet or dry, gorgeous setting or a more serious wine tasting experience? This will help us craft your itinerary.

 

OPTION 2: MAKE YOUR OWN RESERVATIONS AT EACH VENUE


Once you have your itinerary complete, email us with your destination, and arrival time at each location.  One of our team members will confirm with each venue that your reservations are in fact made.  If a venue notifies us that your reservations are not made then we will not be able to take you to that venue.  If this occurs, we will attempt to find a suitable alternate venue that does not require reservations for a group of your size.  This may result in a subpar experience if we have to make last minute decisions.  

NOTE:  If you do not purchase a Custom Designed Itinerary with Reservations Package OR make your own itinerary and reservations then we will be unable to provide you with a tour that is optimal.  We will attempt to find locations that will accept a group of your size at the last minute.  This may mean you visit locations that you do not wish to visit or that differ from your preferences for the day.

Custom Designed Itinerary Packages cannot be added if your tour is taking place in 14 days or less. Failure to return a credit card authorization form or answer questions in a timely manner may result in additional fees or cancellation of your Itinerary and Reservations package.

Once Custom Wine Tour Itineraries are set and finalized with the venues, changes to itinerary and reservations may incur a $75 Alteration Fee. Changes to itinerary may not be possible due to pre-existing reservations.
 
Changes in group size may be accommodated given availability. Balance of originally scheduled tour will not decrease if party size decreases.


If you have a balance due, you can pay the remainder of your bill by cash, check or CC. Post-deposit payments with CC incur a 5% processing fee.
 
As a reminder, due to ABC regulation, tour companies are not allowed to pay for tasting fees. Final balance is due the day of your tour.
